In the Marvel committee, delegates play the role of different countries in the marvel cinematic universe and discuss the Sokovia Accords which is an agreement the that all superheroes around the world need to be registered and are under the auhtority of the United Nations. Any heroes who fail to register or violate the Accord's agreements will be eligible for arrest in any signatory country.
